I am, Twyla Woolwine, a Certified Vaginal Steam Facilitator and owner/operator of The Sacred Temple V-Spa in Detroit, MI. I am also currently training to become a Certified Community Herbalist. As many of us have, I too have struggled with irregular menstrual cycles, pain, and heavy bleeding. In search of remedies and relief holistically, I became a fan of V-Steaming. I am excited to share this invigorating holistic experience with other women. My passion is to offer an alternative method for women to practice healing their minds and bodies with the earth’s herbal jewels.
