DIRECTIONS FOR EACH BLEND:
In preferably a stainless steel pot, add boiling water over herbs. Let steep for 5-10 mins. Check Temperature , should be comfortable as a hot shower. Sit or kneel over steam pot for 15-30 mins. Beginner steamers start w/15 mins and gradually work up to a 30 min steam.
